It was a wonderful relaxing hotel, amazing base for vacation in Cancun. Excellent location for visiting restaurants and bars walking distance to the property. The lunch in Casa del mar minutes away from the hotel had every choice imaginable. The authentic restaurant served a wide array of great food.

they gave me brand-new and exceptionally clean room with king size beds and master bedroom, as example. coffee/tea making facilities, a refrigerator and an oven were very handy.

One great aspect of this hotel is its location, right on the beach. I had the opportunity to get a fantastic massage while enjoying the beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea. The hotel's proximity to the main street where the buses are running made it easy for me to explore the city, go shopping, and enjoy the local cuisine. The rooms, with their stunning views of the ocean, were kept clean and provided all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

Poor TV channels choice-or poor knowledge by staff who said the satelite didn't work-,but worst was the lack of acknowledgement of my booking.It took a long wait,emailing to Booked.net customer services and a phone call from them to the hotel to sort it out.I don't think the hotel staff did everything they could to sort it out.

the beach was right there,

The reservation wasnt there... the staff was not friendly. We had to change rooms because there were little animals in our bed in the middle of the night. Very unfriendly bell-boys who are never tipped enough ( in their upinion ). Read and conclude the comensts on Booked.net are very trustfull, the hotel needs desperated upgrading.

Wonderful base for 5 nights with amazingly great staff from bell boy to the waiter. The pool area is great too. The hotel of choice in Cancun.

Magnificent setting for vacation, and we were walking distance to a bus stop, that was cool.

I recently stayed at Solymar Beach Condos and had a blast! The entertainment crew was amazing, taking us to different clubs every night. The beach was beautiful, and the bartenders were generous with their pours. The rooms were clean, and the maids did a great job. I had a fun and budget-friendly experience at Solymar Beach Condos. I would definitely recommend it to others! I highly recommend this place for a fun and affordable stay.

the food was disgusting - an absolute disgrace

The breakfast was excellent and the location superb for our purposes (one night and morning with rental car). Free oceanview upgrade was nice.

Our room was completely bare. There was a kitchen but absolutely no glasses, utensils or other items of any kind.

Marvellous and peaceful position, we greatly enjoyed staying here.

The room we booked was exceptionally clean, with kitchenette, 2 double beds, big fridge.

The hotel was modest and fairly clean, had excellent views of the beach and pool. The rooms where big and beds were extremely comfy. The food was decent with a huge variety of options. The property was in an excellent location right by a restaurant. It also was to even super markets.

The rooms of the hotel were immaculate and brand-new with minifridge, a king size bed plus coffee facilities.
